I MUST have the consent form signed and returned to me to comply with the ethical guidelines of California Lutheran University's institutional review board. Please feel free to fax it to me (number on sheet), if scanning and emailing a signed form is inconvenient.

The online component of this survey is now closed. 478 people completed the survey. Of those who answered the gender question, 42 were male and 350 were female. Of those who answered the sexual orientation question, 183 said they were heterosexual, 98 bisexual, 39 said "don't know," 28 said they weren't interested in sex, 16 said gay, 12 said lesbian, and 7 preferred not to say.
